With the SoulZouk Weekend Freiburg, we aim to create a space for genuine encounters — both on and off the dance floor.
Across 9 hours of workshops, 15 hours of parties, and 4 hours of morning and day socials, there will be plenty of time to dance, connect, explore, and fully immerse yourself in the SoulZouk experience.
SoulZouk is not a dance style — it is a philosophy of connection. Rooted in empathy, body awareness, and authentic expression, SoulZouk invites dancers to move beyond patterns and step into a shared, intuitive experience.
By prioritising feeling over thinking, pleasure over pain, and connection over choreography, both partners share equal responsibility in creating a safe, healthy, and inspiring dance. Through empathy and deep body awareness, we access natural movement, creativity, and the “beautiful chaos” of social dancing.
SoulZouk celebrates individuality while embracing unity within the Zouk scene. It encourages curiosity, self-discovery, and continuous growth — on and off the dance floor.
It’s not about dancing like someone else.
It’s about discovering the dance within you — and sharing it with others.
We are excited to welcome four experienced and inspiring SoulZouk teachers to Freiburg: Klaudia, Martin, Michel, and Simone.
A special highlight of the weekend will be our parties — featuring not only fantastic DJs, but also live piano and handpan music, creating a truly unique and immersive atmosphere.
